I have always frowned upon dealing with insurance companies and their salesman over the years in business.
Matt Coughlin and the team at CDR Insurance are a breath of fresh air when it comes to dealing with the issues of insurance, whats covered, whats not, non process peril, process peril and of course costs associated with all. Matt has a very comfortable way of dealing with people which makes the process so much more bearable. Matt eases my cynicism with insurance and will literally highlight the areas in question in my policies so that I know everything has been addressed and we are covered in the areas we need to be.
Everyone hates to deal with insurance and the salesman that follow, by choosing Matt Coughlin and CRD I have made my life and the process so much more enjoyable. I consider Matt to be a friend of the family at this point, something I never thought I would say about an Insurance salesman.
