We love Woods and Water!! We came in to look at a used RTV and Brooke in sales, Mark the owner, and the sweet lady that did our paperwork were fantastic. What a great experience! We went to Woods & Water Powersports in Munford without a lot of knowledge of what we wanted or what to look for. Mrs Dawn was so patient and kind to us and walked us through all the ins and outs and helped us to make an informed decision. We know a lot more now than we did then... And if we had it to do over again we'd start with Mrs Dawn at W&W. Everything ran like clockwork, from the time we walked in the door, to our education while looking at options, to Casey in the financing department. Mark and crew have a fantastic operation. We know that that they will always take care of us, even after the sale.

Yes !!!! I highly recommend Woods & Water Power-sports not only for the excellent customer service experience but the products , and selection is well above everyone else's! We are those people who show up 15 mins before closing with 1000 questions too . We did call ahead but still . It was a holiday weekend and I'm sure they were ready to go home . Never did we feel rushed or like we were not important to them . Brook was very sweet , professional, & knowledgable . We will definitely be back for future purchases!

Please take time to read this review. I looked for UTV for several months, I looked through Atlanta and Alabama and found a lot of scams, found a lot of high priced, high pressure salespeople. It wasn't until I found Woods and Water and spoke to Miss Dawn then I got real customer service, real respect and I was treated with dignity.I had asked her to price several models I had the numbers back, the out the door price and the availability within 1 hour I simply filled out a credit app which took less than 5 minutes.I went retrieved my unit and these people are on top of everything they're financing options were amazing I was able to close the financing with two signatures and these people treated me with dignity and respect no high pressure tactics no inflated prices no nonsense from the sales manager to the finance manager to the sales staff you will not find better place to buy a UTV that's my experience I hope it's helpful. And by the way they're inventory I'm referring to their in stock inventory the amount of units that they have on the ground ready to go is seconds and none again I went through most of Georgia and Alabama and nothing compared if you're looking for a UTV and you want to take delivery immediately call Miss Dawn
