I dont generally leave reviews for places, but I had an excellent experience with Laken Herr at this branch recently. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, extremely pleasant to work with, and even followed up with me to make sure my issue was resolved. As someone who has been banking with banks for 20 years, I really appreciated this experience and interaction. I wish her the best in her quest to become CEO of Woodforest bank.

Service was excellent! Laken did an AMAZING job working with all my needs. She was kind and very helpful along with the rest of the staff. This is by far my favorite bank out of any of the ones that I’ve used. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to do their banking!

The best bank we've ever had! I think Walmart should only have Woodforest atms in all their stores! Because unfortunately the town we live in the Walmart doesn't have a branch. Great customer service and banking options. Would recommend this bank to anyone!

My wife and I have been customers of this bank for several years and we have always had a positive experience every time we have dealt with Jonathan and all of the employees they have.
