Bought two books online individually not as a part of an “account.” Input credit card number to procure. Received books. Three months later I have a threatening “past due” invoice. No phone number. No “account number.” Came from this address. Called NINE numbers and spent nearly a combined 3 hours on hold before I was able to pay this company the money I thought I paid online months ago (though did confirm it never went through despite getting an email saying paid in full). Not one person was helpful or even polite. Nightmare.
