They've been our homeowners insurance company for years now. They came through for us after the bad storms in the early 2000's. Only reason for 4 stars is that I was exploring the possibility of getting some help replacing our roof which was damaged by some wind storms and our agent (who does rate 5 stars) told me our premiums would go up if we filed a claim. Maybe it's not just our insurance, but we're on a fixed income and can't handle any more expenses just now. I guess we're on our own for replacing the roof. Overall they've been good and very reasonably priced.
After thinking it over, I think they do rate 5 stars. They've helped us several times and I don't think we could find better insurance anywhere else. The premium increases seem to be an industry wide phenomenon, so I'm pretty sure there's nothing they can do about it in our case. Thanks for being there when we need you!
