I’m a current resident at Solverre Apartments in Chicago since November 2024. It’s a nice looking building with thoughtful amenities. Unfortunately, my apartment doesn’t appear to be meeting City of Chicago Water Code requirements. My showers are lukewarm at best and the temperature seems to be dropping as each day goes by. This is a “luxury building” but can’t provide hot water to bathe. Willow Bridge, Solverre, and their mechanical vendor (Ewing Doherty) have failed to make necessary adjustments and haven’t taken responsibility. Would not recommend renting from them.

I, and a succession of ill tempered pets, have lived in Oak Park Place, with Thania, assistant, now maximum manager and her absolutely excellent staff for NINE YEARS!

None of this would have been remotely possible without Willow Bridge and its support.

The WORST! They have charged me multiple times for renter's insurance when I constantly prove I have my own renter's insurance. I have to call for them to reimburse my account. What an INCONVENIENCE!! STAY AWAY!

Living in a Lincoln property that is support be be 100% secure. I brought it to the managers attention and he seemed to make light of the situation. The garage door takes a few minutes before it goes back down therefore allowing other cars up to 2 or 4 minutes to follow you into the now non secure garage. Each door leading into the building from the garage is supposed to have a secure fob entry, but they are not secure at all. You can easily open the doors from very entry point. This apartment complex that is supposed to be 100% secure allows multiple opportunities for dangerous situations to occur.

Lincoln Property Co. is the best management company this side of literally anywhere and it's a pleasure to work with them. The property managers within LPC are the best that we have had the honor of working with and performing towing/parking enforcement service for- absolutely bar none.

425 martingale is managed by them and it sucks. Reminds me of why there is no point to returning to an office or building like this. There is thing long useless walkway that is freezing cold and nobody puts the heat on. The building is massive with walkways for no reason

They took over management of our building in the West Loop and have managed to run it into the ground in a few short months.
