We have a primary home, three rentals and three vehicles, one of which requires extra time and attention, because we turn off the insurance occasionally, when it is going to sit for several months.

Small business insurance in this state has become such a nightmare that our previous carrier is backing out of it. Though we're not big, we handle important assets (people's cars!), and our insurance has to be top notch with a wide variety of coverage.

Austin all but had to move mountains to get us coverage, and worked many hours on our behalf to patch together the very best coverage at the best prices. I could not believe the effort it took, but he put it all in and then some.
