I come here a lot just because it's convenient. Although I've never gone inside, I like that they have a working drive-thru ATM, even if it's almost never occupied. Four stars as there have never been any technical issues when I've tried to utilize cash or cheques for transactions:)

This is my first time getting an equipment loan from Western Financial. The interest rate is pretty low compared to other lender. Darren makes the process fairly simple, he is very consistent and always returns your call or email in a timely matter if you have a question. I think this is a tiny mom and pop shop as we had to PG the loan even though we have been in business for over 130 years. Then the guy couldn’t get in touch with us in time to coordinate the buying of our equipment, because he had an emergency. So we had to write a check and cancel the loan.

when I refused the loan then she scaring me because Other banks was giving me better options. I was second time buyer but interest rates was very high then fist time. I feel very bad, my experience was very bad with western finance.
