I applied for a certificate of deposit (CD) with this bank because they had a competitive interest rate. I checked in with the bank periodically to see if my application was processed. They claimed they were overwhelmed with the amount of applications and needed more time. After the most recent check in, they told me that the program no longer exists. I only found out that the program no longer exists because I called them.
