This company is HORRIBLE. Unfortunately, my company has chosen to use Werntz & Associates for our Flex Spending account benefits. I would highly recommend finding another company for ANY service Werntz & Associates offers.

Ashton Wood is undeserving of her position. She doesn’t know how to return a call or email, and once you finally receive any correspondence from her it isn’t everything you need. It has taken three months to get any correspondence from this company. Ive even left a message for David Werntz himself and didn’t get a return call for over three weeks. It took me calling and telling the receptionist that I wouldn’t hang up until I spoke with someone to finally get the form I needed.

I’ve lost over $800 on my FSA card due to my card being suspended for a transaction that was due to Ashton’s negligence to provide me a document to get signed by my doctor.

Ashton Wood was very rude and demeaning to me. Werntz the should really look into her actions. She verbally made false accusations and said that she was not obliged to help. After months of her ignoring me, my family still does not have the claims. So unprofessional. Do better. The receptionist was the only one who took time to try and help me.

They don't give you information on your on money. They don't direct deposit your money as they say. The only person that is ok is the receptionist in the Shreveport area. I can't think of her name but she tries to help. The other people in that office like Jennie, lied to my husband and I she told him direct deposit but told me they mailed it from Pittsburgh PA. Now not only do we wait but now we wait for the bank to clear it
