We had our system inspected today and Yaz was one of the most professional people I've experienced from this company. They do perform quality work but sometimes their technicians are pushed a little too hard to sell things, some of what we may not always need as customers. Yaz's approach was very professional and consultative and he did alert me to things to watch out for and if we do need servicing or repair, I hope Comfort Experts hangs on to him because I feel fully comfortable with Yaz returning to come do that work.
