To all the viewers, Igor is a serious professional! He was very responsive and got me covered in minutes! He searched for any possible discounts for me and had brought down my insurance cost drastically! Highly recommend him to anyone looking for immediate coverage for your vehicle!

Edit: I’m going to leave the original comment so people don’t think I’m hating, but I’ve never purchased car insurance and got sent to collections before. Sure. It’s legal. Is it gross shady business practice? Absolutely. When I tried to reach out back to this Igor guy whom I’ve reserved certain adjectives till hell freezes over, he went Mia and ignored all of my concerns and confusion about me being sent to collections. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Don’t do ANY business with this guy.

I picked Vyndyuks Insurance in Sacramento because they said they have great customer service. But my experience was different. The guy there is nice, but getting in touch with him is really hard. It took me two weeks just to talk to him. I asked to take a car off my insurance, but even after a month, it wasn’t done. Also, they started charging me double without telling me why. They say they want to help people with their insurance, but I didn’t get the help I needed.

The best insurance office I’ve ever worked with. Igor was very professional and punctual with phone call meetings.
