Unfortunately I'm stuck with this company because my employer hired them. I'm not at all surprised that they would hire a company with such low ratings to be honest.

But this company is in the stone age Everything has to be done my mail. I have been trying to change my address for over 6 months and it's just been a back and forth game for them. You cant verify anything they way you can with any other company that's in this century( ie email, etc). This company is laughable and pitiful. I'm beyond frustrated with them.

Plus the customer service is beyond abhorrent. Whether you are speaking to low levels or supervisors there.

I'm terrified at what my finances look at this company ? I havent been able to check in over a year.
