Why pay for someone to do your taxes and help with tax issues when they don't call back or respond to emails. When you finally get ahold of them they don't give any help as to where to get any info. So dissatisfied with Jennifer's service. We will be taking our whole family's business elsewhere. How can you not care? It's not your money so why care right? So sad. Follow through is horrible. Still waiting for my call and email to be returned and we are on day 7! And that's working days. Now I have to call the IRS myself. Isn't that what I paid you to do? Absolutely horrible. I called and to my horror they did not respond to the IRS until 2 MONTHS after I gave them the letter I received. Spoke with the owner and he didn’t even care. Ya refund me and didn’t even apologize for her ignorance and laziness.
