MJ was the best top notch customer service for auto insurance and renters insurance. She is professional and explains everything about the policies. Answers phone calls and emails back quick. If it was up to me i would give her 10/10 stars but i only can give 5 out of 5 here on google. I'm out of state and this process was smooth and quick to get new policies.

I recently purchased a motorcycle and needed to show proof of insurance prior to purchasing. I reached out to Stephanie, and she was able to get me the coverage I needed at a monthly price point I was comfortable with. She was very professional and educated on all the policies, and she made confident in my decision in my policy. She also went the extra mile to suggest the add-on policy (as the basic motorcycle policy only covers the bike) in case I get hurt in an accident. She was able to give me all the information and have the policy written within 30 minutes so I could submit it to the dealership immediately. Such a great and efficient experience!

I had high hopes for this place. I called last week to get my insurance transferred from an Oakley office to the Vacaville office. I have had nothing but problems with turnover in the Oakley office. I spoke with Stephanie at Victoria's office and felt assured that they would help. Stephanie informed me that Victoria would call me to get additional information and assist me with the transfer as no one at the Oakley office was responding to me. Victoria dropped the ball on this one and never called me. If Victoria would have called she would have been able to understand my situation for wanting to transfer, but instead made no effort. I am disappointed and have no more energy to put into State Farm. This is a terrible company with terrible service.

I had hands down, the best experience with statefarm insurance. M.J. the insurance agent who helped me was so delightful, she was so informative and explained things to me so I could understand. She was able to figure out why my other insurance company was charging so much and was able to save me over fifty dollars a month. With my other insurance company I only had an auto policy, and was paying way to much. With state farm I bundled auto, renters and life, and saved money. I highly recommend statefarm insurance.
