Vanessa was the best!, she was patient answering all my questions and concerns. She got me the best quote and it was an affordable price to start my new policy for full coverage. Although I couldn’t get my rental car coverage with the insurance I am still very pleased with how efficient Vanessa was. Hello a recommend Adrian for a good service he provided me today 06/19/2023 by adding my policy a new vehicle and with a good price he is a very good professional. I am satisfied with a good price he provided me with and I had called early with another person and it didn’t work out for me because her price she was providing was to expensive so Adrian gives good price amount and he works prices to let you down the price.. so I personality give him high five stars for his good work. My boss has spoken very highly of Veronica’s Insurance and specifically this office in San Bernardino. Now I know why! Adrian D. helped us with multiple changes that needed to be made to two of our policies. He was very kind and well educated. The moment walking into this office space the agents working here are friendly, open to a good conversation. I have been with Veronica's for years now and Elmer has by far been the best agent I have worked with. He was prompt in calling me back and getting me the best quote possible. He was able to lower my monthly payment and made everything so simple quick and easy. I had to do very little and had a new insurance card in an hour.
