I was helped by a very helpful and pleasant man named Mauricio Sanchez. Me and my mother went in and he made sure to listen to all our concerns and ensure that we get the best deal possible. Furthermore, although my mom only speaks Spanish, he was able to communicate with her flawlessly in her language. We have been going from one insurance agency to another and we had not experienced the level of hospitality and care that Mr. Sanchez was able to provide. Mo is amazing! So helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best coverage and rates available. He offered my kiddo water, and snacks multiple times, even gave him crayons and paper to draw with to keep him busy while we were there. The owner, Mo, is very easy to work with. He provides personalized customer service because he actually cares about people. I didn’t know what order to take care of my registration, insurance, and license issues in and he stayed patient over the weeks while I waited for each item to clear. Finally found some affordable insurance with quality customer service. If you’re lucky, he’ll have some fresh conchas from an amazing local bakery too. Give them a try.
