I called back around August 18th to pay my bill early. I was told my bill was caught up already and my next payment was September 19th. My bill was on auto draft and when it hadn't come out the 19th or 20th so I called today. Now, imagine my surprise finding out my policy had been canceled due to non-payment. Not a call, text, or email from a single person to let me know I've been driving around for almost a month with no insurance. I trusted yall. Yall told me I had paid twice one month and I didn't need to pay again until September. Now here it is, and I'm having to pay over $100 extra to get my policy reinstated. This is the second time this place has screwed me over. I'll be finding a new insurance company. I can't afford to keep paying for YALLS mistakes.
