You can call it faith or coincidence, but my journey with Domonique began with a marketing call, and I usually don't answer. This time, I picked up the phone and spoke with an agent. When she transferred me to Domonique, I decided to have a frank conversation about refinancing my house. Furthermore, I researched the firm, Valorem Lending, and found that it has received positive reviews, so I decided to work with them. Through the phone conversation with Domonique, I found her to be candid, dependable, and trustworthy. She was very attentive, and I felt she would put me, her customer, above all. Domonique was 110% perfect. Super professional, excelente with explaining what is happening and just overall human and personable. This was an easy deal because of her.
