I will definitely not use them again. I used them in the past and the closing went rather smoothly. However, this time I was very disappointed. They are not experienced nor have the skills to handle foreclosure properties but when you call and ask they say they are. They give you a quote of their fees but try to later increase their cost/fees. Stating it was more work than they had anticipated. They can't answer legal questions because they are not a legal firm but they have an attorney on staff to close the deal. When you receive the closing documents they have a statement in the documents for you to sign stating if you feel the need to consult an attorney regarding this closing you can but when you try to do that. They still want to charge you the full amount. I was due a refund however a month and 7 days later I still haven't received it. Wendy Worley said she was going to check on it a week ago but I still haven't received it. These are just a few of my many concerns. Please find another closer for a stress free closing.
It's been six weeks after the closing still no check or deed. Wendy Worley stated she's been out of the office. I guess nothing happens unless she's in the office.
Do not use this company. Find another company who's trustworthy and honest.

Very rude and poor service! First, I had to leave a message for them to call me back. Then, they hanged up on me while I was still attempting to explain the bank details they provided for money transfer were insufficient 🙁 Their account is with a small regional bank with no direct SWIFT/IBAN number to receive international payments.

Wendy and her team were amazing, they worked after hours to get my clients estate closed. Valley Title, thank you for all the follow up y’all had to do with the mortgage company and constantly urging the mortgage company to stay on track, I know it was a challenge. Jerica and Julie are amazing! They were so helpful in a very stressful situation (selling my home and purchasing a new home). Zach was my closing attorney who was very personable. He was willing to explain anything I had questions about while being like an old friend at the same time! Jerica called and helped me so much during the process and she will never know how much appreciation I have for her willingness to help! I highly recommend using them for any closing or title services you need, you won’t regret it!

Beware!!! This company is terrible!! Customer service is not practiced here. The attorney we were assigned was a complete rude, screaming, unprofessional, never dealt with anyone this bad before. The owner, knew there was a problem and never called us back. I would not recommend this company to anyone. When questions were asked they acted like they never heard of that before. Unbelievable! Stay away!!
