If you're debating on whether you should sign up for these courses with CA Realty Training, this is the sign telling you to DO IT! I had such a great experience not only with the online courses but the in-class sessions as well. The classes are definitely the most helpful in my opinion and make it completely worth it! Jordan Thorpe was our instructor for the classes and I could not be more thankful that he was! He is super knowledgeable and is such a great person to have on your side to help you along the way. As a person that had no history in or knowledge about Real Estate, I could honestly say that I was definitely able to learn the material (and keep learning) with the help of this program and my instructor Jordan Thorpe! 10/10 would recommend !

Showing up to a class twice a week is the best option in my humble opinion, CA reality training covers the fundamentals and its course is challenging but still very enjoyable. Our Instructor Jordan Thorpe was a tremendous asset when things weren't making sense, or i was overthinking it. He made the classes very enjoyable and i typically DO NOT ENJOY CLASSES! I recommend signing up, if for nothing i mentioned, the classes keep you accountable for sticking to the 3 month schedule.

Recently completed the 3 months, in the office training, at the Santa Cruz Keller Williams office. I truly enjoyed the course. The extremely valuable part being the dicussions and answers to my never ending pool of questions. Jordan Thorpe, our instructor was excellent. Fun and very knowledgeable, with many interesting stories and examples of different life scenarios. I can highly recommend the CA Realty Training session. The online part is very easy to navigate, books are very comprehensive. Just keep in mind that only the classes are not enough, it doesn't cover everything, you also need to study at home.

Exceeded my expectations. I had the best experience in CA Realty training. Mr. Ho Chung was my professor during the live training sessions. He is one of a kind. Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend to enroll for those interested in a real estate career.

This class was the perfect format to reinforce the course work and prepare you for the exam. Jordan goes above and beyond to make sure you are well trained. He doesn't just cover the "book" training but used examples and stories from his own career in real estate to help you understand how things work.
