For years they operated a no-fee ATM inside of our local Safeway. It was great because many of our area residents were snowbirds from out of state. Now they are charging $3/transaction. This is very poor customer service.

I've been using this branch for a while now. I find them very helpful, friendly, courteous. They have helped me with some large transactions involving the purchase of my home here. They always treat me well and have been very helpful. It's a great in store branch. Very convenient.

I've been in Arizona for a little over a month and I got a bank account with US And I'm telling you if it wasn't for Diamond the young lady that I Have been working with. I would have Not be banking with US Bank that's I hope you people appreciate this lady she is fantastic! So if you wanna bank go to US but go to the one in Florence Arizona And ask to speak to Diamond!

Horrible customer service horrible bank won't even let you cash a check. Staff here loves to play the blame Game they won't even try to figure out a problem with you're account not to mention trying to get a cashiers check from them is insane they will over draft the account 6 times to try and make 1 check, they are taking advantage of the older community here and is not right I see it every time I go forcing them to open a new account of some sort for Ludacris reasons. This branch is not a 5 star us bank

The staff are always friendly and HELPFUL...after the loss of a family member they assisted in helping with accounts and continue to do so. Have been a customer since the branch opened. Cannot imagine going back to impersonal banking.....
