$1350 is not a discount. Especially if $900 of it was not disclosed. Like I said. Snakes. Yes I was advised to talk to an advocate. But I was also promised a number to speak with one. Two weeks later…I still don’t have the info. I am not in a rush to get a refund back because it’s not going to be much of a refund anyway. My concerns are the uncertainty of the amount and why the numbers don’t match with up with the IRS. I am aware of the IRS number. That’s public information that can be easily googled. Additionally, Was the extra $900 for mailing the forms? That’s not going above and beyond. That’s the basics. It is tax season. I don’t know why you wouldn’t be taking appointment during tax season and I compromised my schedule to me with you several times.

Stay away from these scammer. They are a horrible company that stereotype customers who come in. The stole over 1000 of my tax return money after I paid them cash. They had my check sent to there account for there stealing purposes. Beware
