No stars from me, these people shouldn't act like their helping people instead confusing them. I felt like I was doing her job for her since I knew more about the situation. She changed my boyfriend's passwords but failed to show him how to long in and certify. She said she was helping him, but kept calling me for answers. Now we have no password to certify and I got the ugly blame part. Never should have given her any info cuz at the end I'm stuck figuring stuff out. But hey guess what? I figured out the password she created when she changed the one I made. Shoot I should work there. Lol

Very unprofessional. They asked me to e-mail them some paperwork, yet they never check their e-mail and I had to call them a week later because they still hadn't filed my income taxes. Extremely dissapointed.
