They're still trying to collect $13,000 from me from j&j mag LLC the judge ruled in my favor I didn't have to pay and he still got this on my collection on TransUnion uas needs to take it off

I am giving a one star review for the following reasons.

I’ve had medical bills I’ve been trying to pay off. I’ve set up a reasonable payment plan to get these paid off. I asked them to please take $20 out of each check, after the initial $30 they asked for, because even the $30 was reasonable. Today, $20 was supposed to be removed from from my bank account. They stole $70. They are supposed to refund it and take the proper amount after it’s refunded. This is AFTER they were supposed to take the initial payment a month ago, and the lady handling ly account went on vacation and it was “forgotten”. I have never had such a bad experience. I understand that I owe money, I understand I need to pay my bills. I am working on that, which is what the payment plan is for. Merchant’s credit never did this to me.

So very rude...They send threatening letters over extremely small debts, don’t have current information regarding said debt, and are extremely pushy and hateful. The GM Russell Long is a criminal and should be in prison. Shame on this company. You’ll never see a dime from me, I will pay my healthcare provider directly.

Got a threatening collection notice on an account that was paid 2 months ago. Called to straighten it out. Got transferred overseas to someone I could barely understand and the first thing he says is "I need your social security number". Not impressed to say the least. Gave one star because they won't let you post unless you give them at least one star.

Helped me discover debt that I didnt know I had out there and worked with me to create a payment plan to get this resolved and restore my credit. Fantastic, Nice, and available. Dont hesitate to work with them!!

Would give zero stars if possible. They keep calling but don’t give any info on where they’re from. I don’t have any debts from that area only the area I currently live in. This company needs to leave me alone before I report them to the police for harassment.
