These people are HORRIBLE!
I was getting a spam call from them every day even after I called and spoke with Rachel and she rudely hung up on me after I politely asked them to stop. (Seriously. I was very nice.)
Well... they kept calling! EVERY DAY!
SO... I called them again and spoke to Trevor. He was just as rude and hung up in me when I started asking about his debt consolidation company.
So... Here is the lesson... If you call UniFi Funding, LLC In Newport Beach you had better be SUPER nice to the employees! Don't question them about ANYTHING they do! Or they'll hang up on you!
WOW! HOW do you run a company like this? Do you guys just pray in week and stupid victims? So sad!
Because what they are doing is just like filling a BANKRUPTCY CHAPTER 13!
But... Again... if you say that, they'll hang up on you!
Moral of the story... if you employ this company to trash your credit... and drop your credit score to sub 500's... you've got what is coming to you!

I received a letter in the mail and was at first skeptical. I called and the person I spoke to was very nice and helpful. I needed a loan to pay off some credit card debt that I had built up. I have been receiving mail from them and finally called to get off of their mailing list. I denied to give my phone number so they do not call me and yet five minutes after my request I got a phone call and voicemail. When I called to get my number which they took without my permission the man was super rude and told me aggressively not to call there again. This is proof that costumer service is down to the garbage.i wouldn’t get a loan let alone a coffee from this company.
