Not good customer service. Lied about how much I would be paying monthly, then when I tried to get a refund they ARGUED how much it should be. I had to call numerous times to get it canceled, and I still haven’t received my money. Filing a charge back is my only option.

Not a fan of American Family Insurance. My basement flooded a couple weeks ago. I'm not an expert what so ever in this category of damages. A restoration company came and assisted. I mentioned to the insurance adjustor what had occurred. Because I mentioned what I thought was "mold" in the conversation (because I saw a little bit of something while going over the other damages) my coverage for the damages went from $630k to $10k. When I talked to the restoration company about my concern for being able to pay them for the work that will be required, they said the "mold" was so insignificant that they wouldn't have even mentioned it and that they would try and communicate that to the insurance adjustor. My claim has been closed and a check has been issued. Hopefully it covers the damages and replacement materials necessary. If anyone has to file a claim, don't answer any questions and hand the adjustor off to a professional so you'll at least have a chance to get what your homeowners insurance premium is worth.

Luke is a one of a kind guy! I have been thoroughly impressed with his follow up and dedication to his clients. His team is also top notch and they are very quick and open to helping when needed.

His rates are very competitive and he's been great to work with.

Most importantly, I've been very comforted to know that he is here locally and will be there if there is ever a concern.

The calls are never answered by the agent from this office so there’s a lot of going back and forth and dealing with a third person agent. When I do get a hold of the front desk lady, she is just unpleasant and difficult to work with. American family is great but I don’t recommend working with this office
