Dylan Dalrymple was our realtor when we bought our property in Brundidge. He was great to work with and so responsive to our many questions! We bought undeveloped land and just moved here from Texas. Our questions ranged anywhere from the different laws/restrictions to names of people that could help us with utilities, etc. if Dylan didn’t know the answer, he was quick to reach out to someone who did to get us the info. With that being said, the most impressive thing that stands out to my husband and I is the fact that months after closing the sale, he still randomly reaches out to us to see how we are and if there is anything he can help us with. Tyler Drake was the best. We had hunting property to sale and Tyler went above and beyond with very little effort on our side. Mr. Gray handled the sale of a property co-owned by myself and my sister. His ability to coordinate between both of us was absolutely amazing. His attention to both my concerns and those of my sister put my mind at ease from the start. He always insured that both of us were regularly updated on every aspect of the sales process, as well as fielding questions from both and then relaying that information to us in a timely manner. We don’t live in the same state and neither of us lived on the property as it was also in a different state. It was a daunting task for us and without Mr. Gray’s expertise and his diligence, it could have been quite a negative experience.
