Don’t recommend using them for DMV services.

Went in for a title transfer. First mistake was my address, she submitted it before she had me sign and verify the information. Had to wait an hour for her to cancel and resubmit. Then on the second try she spells my last name wrong. And AGAIN she submitted it before she had me verify. She then claimed to have fixed the name and it would be correct when title came in. A week later it arrived and It wasn’t. I had to go back a 3rd time and when I walked I didn’t even say what I was there for, yet they already knew it was for a name correction. How convenient

You’re better off going to the DMV. They lack experience and accountability.

Went with my aunt to just drop off the social security number of her kids for her taxes a 15 process because they already had all the info the lady that does the taxes couldn’t FOCUS on finishing on time at the time and was eating will doing other kids have my social security numbers and also having certificates the the table risking on spilling her food on important documents.. Please Focus on one client at a time..

The one in the front desk is rude. She asked me to come the next day that the lady wasn’t there so I had to go back home. She did the same thing three times. They still don’t attend me. The service is just terrible

Yo regularmente me baso en las buenas criticas que tiene un lugar en Google. A mi me recomendaron Turbo Multi Servicios, y si es muy transcurrido de clientela, lo cual es bastante normal en época de taxes, creo que todo lugar que provee un buen servicio, tendrá posibilidades de larga espera. En mi opinión yo diría que hacen un trabajo excelente y tienen muy buenos precios.
Al final el resultado es lo que cuenta.

Es buen lugar, Elizabeth es muy buena en lo que hace pero las esperas son LARGAS. Desearía que solo se ocupara de un cliente a la vez. Trata de atender a varios clientes a la vez y es como se atrasa porque no termina ni con uno ni con el otro. Creo que necesita mejor organización y saber capacitar más a su grupo de trabajo y tenerlos listos para la temporada.
