I received an Auto quote over the phone. She was very attentive and pleasant,gave my the best price after getting quotes from a number of different places. I had an amazingly good experience with Tucson Insurance agent Anna Cooke. I was having difficulty with my homeowners insurance renewal due to prior claim experience as well as my expiring carrier ceasing to write homeowners insurance in AZ. Anna reviewed the quotes I had received to date and recommended I select a quote from a carrier that Tucson Insurance does not represent. The lady is rude, says things that are unnecessary “the policy you have conjoined shouldn’t be the case, they did your policy wrong”, ok? I just call and pay my bill idk how insurance works.

Made me repeat myself multiple times because she wasn’t listening, and then try to imply that I don’t have current insurance.

Then I’ve been able to call plenty of insurances and get coverage the day of, but she tells me that she needs until tomorrow and I’ve literally never had anyone need that much time before.

How this place has so many good reviews is beyond me, but they don’t deserve them. It is a very crude and unprofessional business.
