Horrible, horrible, and horrible. Can not explain why my auto insurance increased over $ 500 for me and my husband, person who supposed to explain to me out of office over two days in row.
Asked another person to help, but it’s because my mileage increased, and encompass increased their rate and other factors unknown. It is a pandemic time people, both car hardly driven.

They would not let me renewal insurance because I claim on liberty and I had been paying for 4 years (paid over 7,000) and the claim was under $3,000- doesn't make sense!!!!!
