Deisy is such a joy to work with! Anytime I call she is so helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell she has a smile on her face on the other end of the phone call. Sonia at State Farm in Monte Vista was great to deal with. She answered all my questions and was able to help my Spanish speaking father with his policy too. After having State Farm for approximately three years I made the choice to change my agent. The reason for this is Cassandra. Cassandra is unmatched in customer service, knowledge, care and compassion for her clients. She took the time to explain my policy choices and helped me tailor a policy that works for me, and is one that I can be sure will have me covered if the unthinkable happens. Enough can't be said about Cassandra, she took a customer who was already with State Farm and transformed my experience into something phenomenal. Insurance was the bailiwick of my deceased spouse. It is now mine. My personal insurance agent of 25 years, after failing to talk Safeco into reinstating our insurance over a $6 fee they imposed, suggested I go to Christina Wingert at State Farm in Monte Vista CO. He had worked with her under similar circumstances and said good things about her.
When I called to beg her help she was right on it. It took a few hours to cover three vehicles, but it was done. Christina knows her product and has a wonderful way with people...and a lovely sense of humor made our dealings most enjoyable!
