I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from Austin Mudd. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails regarding my initial request to explore better rates, I have not received a single response.

If you are earning a commission from my insurance payments, the least you could do is provide proper service and maintain decent communication with your clients.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this agent or the company to anyone looking for reliable service.
