When Tom Bentley was our agent at Farmers Insurance, he was very proactive in greatly reducing our rates. After he became an independent agent and left Farmers Insurance, our rates skyrocketed. So we recently returned to Tom at Tri-County Insurance. Tom and Asfia were able to get us policies at a new insurance company for more coverage at substantially lower rates. I had been with my previous insurance carrier for many years. My premiums just kept going up, with no submitted claims. I always thought it was to difficult to switch company's so I stayed with who I had. When I got my last renewal quote, and my premium went up $12.00 a month, I said enough is enough. I found the Thomas Bentley Insurance Agency close to my home, took my Auto and Homeowners Policies in hand and just walked into his office in Oswego, one day. Tom was very welcoming and took the time to thoroughly explain about his Farmers Auto and Homeowners Products. Tom spent about an hour with me and when we were finished I had new Auto and Homeowners Policies with much better coverage than my previous policies, and a tremendous savings back in my pocket. I now have an insurance agent that I can sit with in his office and ask questions, face to face. Tom was very accommodating and professional. Thanks Tom!!

Great experience working with Jennifer Brody. I called and spoke to her about getting a quote on bundling our auto and home policies. I informed her I was shopping around and looking to save money but not trying to skimp on coverage. She got back to me within a day with a quote that surpassed my current company and the 2 other companies I got quotes from with equal or better coverage. Saved me a lot of $. I have already referred her to a colleague.

There are two times in a relationship with an insurance company that are critical; when you are buying the insurance and when you need to use the insurance. Most insurance companies offer much the same products at around the same price. Not the same for the agent. You really need someone who is friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Tom and his team meet these criteria. I could tell during our first meeting that I had found the agency I wanted to give my business. I haven’t regretted my choice.
