Carson helped me open a checking account. Excellent customer service! Explained my options & guided me to the 1 that would cater to me. Took the time to explain & show me benefits of savings account options as well as credit cards. I'm impressed with TriCity! I plan to extend my services as time evolves. Natasha was sitting at the desk next door. Chimed in with her version of customer service in a casual way as well. If all branches are like this I will be a member for a very long time.

I had a savings account. A female at the bank convinced me to switch to a second checking account. She said it'll be better for me. So I switched accounts. Not being told that I'll lose my overdraft protections. So for a few months I've been going back and forth with the Bank on Bradley. I got charged today $70 overdraft. I called and talked to unprofessional Carson. Who had nothing but condescending attitude and tone. So I'm frustrated and explaining to him that I wasn't never told that I didn't have these protections. He's stady talking about a op in which I knew nothing about. But because my account was negative at the time. I think he thought that he had the right to talk nasty and rude to me. Forgetting that I'm the customer. But I called and got a lady on the phone. That listened to me. She went to my account. She apologized for the lady that switched my account and didn't inform me that I lost my protections. She wasn't worried about my tone or my negative account. She informed me on what to do. She saved a customer for the bank today. Carson needs more training on how to deal with unhappy customers. This is one reason I took my money from this bank and put it in the stock market.

Personally caring for each customer. The whole staff at Bradley and Sherman are patient and kind. Been with them since 2014. And seen some changing faces.Known Natasha since was at 124th & Capitol. Great and rewarding to work with . Keep up the good work team.

Horrible customer assistance. I opened a checking account online in April; had to physically go to a brick and mortar branch to obtain the account number. Understood this for security reasons; however, for every transaction after, I STILL had to physically appear each time, as none of the in-person tellers, managers, or telephone representatives could answer my questions or resolve issues that I was having with deposits and external transfers. Had to go in to a branch again today after funds I set-up to be externally transferred had not posted. Was so disappointed with them not being able to give me answers that I decided to just close the account - and they didn't seem to care that I was unhappy or dissatisfied. Went to Prime Financial to deposit the funds that I had just withdrawn from Tri City. Explained the poor interaction experience I had just encountered. Prime Financial invited me to establish an account with them. The tellers were courteous; knowledgeable, and welcomed me as a customer. A++.

I ordered replacement checks and the checks never made it to by house. I tried to work with both customer service and this bank branch to get replacement checks expediated to my house. I would think that since I am a customer of the bank that they would be willing, in this day of potential fraudulent activity, that they would want to help me get my checks. They were very unwilling to budge and wanted to charge me for the expediated request. I did nothing wrong and this "Friendly" bank was not willing to make an accommodation to keep my business tells me a lot about the company.

I am upgrading my response to 4 stars as the Branch called me the next day and made me whole. I give them credit for taking the next step and helping me out. The replacement checks have been received and I am all good.
