Absolutely awful experience with this agent. I had been an Allstate customer for 40 years and because of this have switched to a different company.
Over charged me by hundreds without offering other options, never double checked that my old policy was canceled so was double charged for months, and did nothing to make it right once I discovered the issue. Never had this happen with any other agent!
Clearly focused on his commission NOT doing his best for the customers…I recommend checking your premium amounts against other companies…mine went down by over 2/3rds and be wary if doing business with this guy.

Great customer service! Trent spent alot of time explaining things to my newly licensed son when we got him insured. He explained to him what to do in an accident, how important it is to not let a policy lapse and gave him things to keep in his glove box. I refer alot of my clients to Trent for their insurance needs knowing he and his staff will provide great help and service. Highly recommend!

Trent is AMAZING!!!! During this covid-19 shutdown I have not been able to work, going through a divorce and on top of it wrecked my truck! He completely understand my situation and was totally on top of it and made my difficult situation so much easier!!! I completely and totally recommend him!!!
