I would give the zero stars if I could
they still haven't paid out in full for a storm claim from 2 years ago. now they won't even return my calls. DO YOURSELF A FOVOR AND NECER EVER GET TRAVELERS FOR YOUR INSURANCE. ALLSTATE IS VERY GOOD. EVEN GEICO IS BETTER

Non perfectionism, not willing to help in the pandemic time, all she was concern about was money. She also stated they don't need people like me & they have been very generous to me. Explain how. No moving violations, no accidents, no claims for I've 4yrs & travelers pays her salary... now that was the last straw that made me say. I see why they hired you & gave you the non important role of management when your just an employee or foot soldier. When you said travelers pays your salary. I knew it was time to cut ties with this insurance firm. I didn't want to reply but I did. I asked her. If travelers didn't get another penny from non of their customers who's going to pay your salary.Will it be the name, the sign travelers, your boss or the person whom owns this company. Let me guess neither 1. Workout customers there's no residual income. it's people like you that ruin companies name & business. Thank you very much for letting me know what kind of insurance company travelers is... thanks...& you know who you are.

If I could give these folks 0 stars I would have they are scammers, I had an issue with my pipes bursting because of weather issues in Chicago. I put a claim for water damage due to bad weather, they found every reason to deny my claim. I’m so pissed I would never recommend Travelers insurance to anyone; I also cancel my policy.👎🏽👎🏽

-5 stars If I could. they lied and did everything possible to not cover our water damages. Then dropped us for water damages ? Isn’t that what I pay insurance for? They even lied and told the roofing companies I had show proof of weather damages to them that I collected claims on my roof.

They foked me out of a grand on my car after we made deal.now I have to waist my time an file suet to get the rest of the cash the guys supervisor won't call back .they are so dumb state insurance Bord says I have to give to estaminet they have to pay the lesser one trying to make.me go on thers that's ok they can pay filing charge and there lawyer and my time and milage when I win so see you in court I got nothing else to do I'm disabled .just haven't had time at the moment to go file.plus give Joe's supervisor to call and resolve this
