I needed insurance for a new car and my last agency gave me an incredibly high quote. After doing some research on my own, I only found even higher rates than the ones I was already quoted. So I reached out to Trailstone and was quoted a rate by Morgan that was significantly less than any others I'd received! He was incredibly helpful and kind throughout the entire process. He helped me find a great rate covering all of the things I was most concerned about. Accordingly, I will definitely continue on with this agency for the foreseeable future!

**Latest Update: spoke with Chris Barry, Mgr. He provided an unqualified apology and accepted my feedback. In short, their internal processes are migrating and they are missing customer interactions in the interim. I asked him to address the email issues, that team member are using phrases like, “right away” in their correspondence but not following up that services were rendered right away. He will pass that along to the team. For now, I will leave a cautious 4 stars. I am happy with the latest contact and hope to report that Trailstone deserves my continued support.**

I have previously had excellent service with Trailstone, have been a customer for 7+ years. The self-service portal was quick and efficient, team members responded quickly with assistance when needed. My HS-aged daughter bought a car and we have been attempting to add it to our auto insurance policy since March 31st. I started with the self-service portal, received a confirmation email telling me they received my request, and waited. Yesterday, I emailed them and asked if they received my request. Kim Gallegos responded back and said they didn't, but gave me a template to update the information and stated she would add it right away. I replied to her email with the same info I had already provided them. Just today, I have attempted to call Trailstone and was forced to leave a message, Kim doesn't respond to voicemails, or the email messages. I'm assuming their unwillingness to provide customer service means they don't want me as a customer.

Update: Someone FINALLY called me from Trailstone but I couldn’t answer b/c I’m at work, and he left a VM. I attempted to call him back with the number he left and it went to his VM.

In the meantime, I added the car to my policy myself, because I can’t get service from my broker.

Working with Robert and Nicole was a wonderful experience. Insurance is complicated in picking policies with pricing and coverages. They helped explain in detail the different companies with auto, trailer and home insurance. With breaking down all the information and sending pdf forms to talk through, we were able to pick the best prices that would cover our needs.
