I have recently returned to Tracy Naab State Farm for auto and homeowner insurance. Everyone at this office is amazing, customer service is excellent. They remembered me by name after years! I got better rates and better coverage. Returning has given me a feeling of security. Ive been insurance hopping to get better rates, but I don’t think I’ll be doing that again. Great experience working with Kelly! They were able to save me a lot more money than being with Progressive and Universal. Coverage is very good too and actually better in some cases. No claims yet, so can’t comment on that process.
