I called and was helped by Alex Haro who was an amazing representative! He was extremely patient and understanding. He helped me with the insurance of 3 vehicles and answered all of my questions, even the silly ones. I asked him to give various price points & he kindly did so and offered me the best rates and options. He was kind and made me feel at ease when I was having a hard time understanding the insurance process. He made my life so much easier & his patience spoke volumes about the customer service he offers. I was stressing out when I called but after the call i feel relaxed as my doubts were all solved. If you call this insurance location you MUSTTTT ask for alex haro, he will make sure to provide the best customer service. Even before calling i was reading the reviews online and saw he had a lot of good ones .
