I recently had my air conditioner cleaned by the team from ネコの手 (Nekonote), and I’m really impressed with their service!
A lady, Inagaki-san, came to my place in Arakawa-ku, and she was great. Per my request she cleaned the air conditioner thoroughly and the external unit. She even drained the pipe, which has never been done before. I really appreciated that extra step. She was very polite, discrete, and efficient throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this service.

The AC service was very tidy and well-organized. The technician, Koki-san, arrived on time and efficiently completed the AC cleaning work. He is clearly very skilled at disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling the aircon unit without creating a mess. This shows their expertise and care in the work.

This business was recommended by a friend and for the price they were great. They are very affordable and they had a local staff member for Setagaya. My two aircon units had tons of black mold and dust inside, but they were able to thoroughly clean both in less than two hours. The staff member who came, 河井さん (Kawai-san), was timely, extremely polite, and made sure to take before/after photos to show the difference. Message them via Line to set up an appointment. My Japanese is far from perfect, and I was still able to coordinate a cleaning and communicate with 河井さん.
