I was so happy when he helped me resolve some insurance problems when my cousin passed away. What’s amazing is that my cousin had a different agent but Todd stepped up to make things much easier. Dawn, who greets you at the front desk, is terrific and always ready to answer questions with a smile. I would highly recommend his agency to everyone.

Most of the time I am very leery about contacting anyone for insurance purposes, but I will say from the very beginning when I spoke to Jenny a few weeks ago, she was very helpful understanding, and she was very responsive to any of my questions. Unfortunately, when I did speak to her a few weeks ago, I was not able to sign up with the insurance that she had quoted me then, however, I did call again today and she was able to recall our conversation and was able to quote me something similar from what we spoke to the last time. I know this doesn’t mean a lot too many people but for me I felt important and I’m very grateful and thankful for her kindness and her customer service. Great job Jenny, you are a fantastic person to speak with and I will definitely recommend you to anyone at any time.
