I'm very disappointed with State Farm and Todd Arseneau's office. I've called four times over the past week, and each time his secretary promised a call back or email, but I never received any response.

We've had homeowners insurance with them, and their payouts for roof claims have always been insufficient, forcing us to use the cheapest repair options. Now, we have another leak (4th leak in the same spot).

All of State Farm is trash, horrible service throughout the whole company, but this office is particularly bad.

I do not recommend Todd Arseneau's agency. Look elsewhere for better (and cheaper!) insurance.

This place is a joke. Went there last week to tell them not to take an automated payment out for my daughters car insurance. But instead they canceled her insurance. No call no nothing only found out because of a refund. So my daughter has been driving around for a week with no insurance. They always have new people in the office and they never know nothing. I will never ever tell anyone to go there. If I could give them 0 stats I would.
