I would have given 4 stars because it is very easy to get a loan here and they ladies in the office are great, but once you pay off the loan they harass you with calls asking you to take out another loan. If the person on the previous loan doesn’t answer they will lie and say that they are calling about a personal business matter then get rude when you tell them to stop calling the loan has been paid.
