Melissa Alvarez was a pleasure to deal with. One would expect some degree of difficulty doing a phone transaction. Quite the opposite-Melissa was attentive, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. She is a real asset to Tim Woods State Farm Insurance agency.
I also did a vehicle insurance thru Arabel Bandy. She was great and streamlined the process- I would recommend her highly.

My experience with this insurance is amazing! All thanks to Arabella Bandy! I went through a horrific car accident and she has been nothing but patient, quick on her responses, professional, and much more. I currently took out another insurance and she was so quick to send me quotes, I thought I was going to wait by the end of the week at least to receive the quotes. Melissa Alvarez is one of the best State Farm agents or associates I’ve ever worked with. I’ve been with Statefarm for 27 years. I’ve had Melissa for about five years or eight years. I've had State Farm for all my insurance needs for years and they have been great. I like that I can always get to an agent who will help with any issues.
