I have been an Allstate customer for 40+ years now and i proudly and gratefully say that Agent Tim Todd is the BEST Agent i ever have! Superb, excellent service and i am extremely satisfied with Tim Todd Allstate insurance. Tim Todd himself takes all the necessary time and very patient in explaining to me information and other matters pertaining to my Home, car and Umbrella policies, especially i have hearing disability. I give 5 Stars to his support staff too.

Tim Todd, Allstate Insurance meets all my needs home and auto. We have sat down and discussed what would be the best policies would be best for me. They did not just tried to sell me insurance that I didn't need. When I call the office they always are courteous and always find a solution for my call.

I switched over to Allstate from Geico (Allstate is cheaper!) about 6 months ago and I'm really impressed with everyone that works at this office. They've all been super helpful in switching over and quick to respond to any questions that I have. I also just recently moved and had zero problems getting my policies updated.

I have walked into Tim Todd's office twice now in regards to a business matter (not related to insurance)...but his employees are WONDERFUL. Not kidding, the two that I have met, Tamara Farkas and Clint Todd, are the most pleasant, polite, and happy people I think I have ever met in my life. Their happiness and positive attitude so are contagious! Allstate if you ever see this...PLEASE make these people a face or spokesperson for Allstate. They are wonderful people and will be the reason I will switch to Allstate in the future! Your company is lucky to have employees like this.
