Horrible. Charged 50.00 for an email of 2022 taxes and sent the wrong year. This was after numerous phone calls, emails, and visits requesting them. I really do not think they like us. They are new owners. The previous owner in this building would never have treated customers like this.

Exactly what Linda said. Rude and the turnover is unbelievable here. As soon as you get into a working rhythm with one you get transferred to another who has completely different expectations. Want a copy of stubs? Expect to wait a while and get attitude about how they have already provided them once. You can also expect your employees to not get the appropriate taxes taken out no matter how many times they fill out their tax forms with even more withholding. Any standard process turbotax could do, they mess up. Do not recommend.

The individuals in this place of business are very rude. They are very put off when a consumer ask questions or inquire regarding the services provided. They do not admit to the mistakes they have made and have very poor interpersonal skills.
