Aaron is always there to welcome me into the store and goes above and beyond to help me. I have worked in management doing customer service for much of my adult career and he has excellent customer service skills! The customer service here was terrible. Subreen could benefit from taking customer service classes. She not only lacks communication skills but also doesn't seem to have the experience needed to work with the public. When we came in to return a package, she was extremely rude, not just to us, but also to the customer next to us. It’s no surprise this location only has a 4.2-star rating.

Worse service by Subreen. I have visited the store multiple times now and every time she is working she is super rude upon entry. Her co-workers provide great service; I feel bad for them because she brings down their customer service score tremendously.

I went to UPS on 4207 Elverta Rd to get my live scan done. The Assistant Manager provided terrible customer service. He was helping other customers who were behind me in the middle of helping me and making me wait. He was also doing other things like taking the trash out, and working on other packaging. He was doing all these activities in the middle of my finger printing process and I had to wait for him to tell me the next steps. He did not value my time and the process took longer than it would have if I had his full attention.

Great experience. I wasn’t really sure what do to when I walked in for a return, but Aaron helped immediately. The store was clean and well organized. Will return to this location for other needs.

I would rather give 0 stars but at least the temperature in the store was cooler than outside .
Walked in and the store clerk was making copies on the floor . Didn’t acknowledge me as I stood at the counter for over 10 minutes. I watched 6 other people walk in and stand in line as she just continued to make copies . A few got upset and walked out. Not one “I apologize, I’ll be with you in a minute “ or even glance in our direction. Very poor customer service . I hope the owners look at the cameras and see this and train this young lady properly.
