I just wanted to thank you again for the amazing response to my request for repair of a the water leak in my garage. Terry Weinert, the Senior Community Manager in the SLO office stopped by to check out the situation in less than an hour and he contacted the roofer. The roofer was there in less than an hour. He stripped about a 10 x 10 section of my roof, layered new paper and replaced the singles. The whole thing was done in about 3 hours. Just in time for the storm the next day. No leaks detected!

You guys get an A+ for customer service.

We are hoping that our "temporary" manager, Veronica Rodriguez, from the Management Trust, can become our PERMANENT manager!! By her actions, in our first HOA meeting she has shown us how leadership, clear and valid information, creativity and good sportsmanship can really improve our Board activity. My one-on-one interactions with Veronica have been productive and have clarified some of my own misunderstandings. Thank you, Veronica, and I hope you can continue to stay with us.

Veronica Rodriguez is an extremely professional manager. At her first meeting with the Ocean Oaks HOA, she kept to the agenda and moved us through a two-page agenda, prompting the board when a motion was needed, minimizing extraneous comments. She has responded quickly to my questions and concerns. Having her as our manager is a welcome addition to our HOA.

The worst part of this company is that they go along with what ever the HOA board wants or doesn’t want. Right before Christmas the board sent an email out stating no more Christmas Decorations on our front gate due to safety concerns. Then they sent someone out to take them all down. This community has been decorating this gate entrance for almost 25 YEARS! We have never had any safety issues, and many neighbors are not happy with THEIR decision! I have been decorating this gate and taking the decorations down for 3 years and find their decision lacking common sense! There are no safety issues decorating a front entrance whatsoever! The gentleman who was sent out to take the decorations down felt horrible and apologized that he had to take them down.
I was not able to attend and many other neighbors could not be at the first HOA meeting because the email said 6:00pm but the agenda said the real time 4:00 pm. Just a bit odd and unprofessional

Besides everyone on the board, at 4pm, only one voting member showed up to this meeting ..a husband and his wife. Why would this meeting even continue or be official if it’s obvious that your office messed up on the meeting time and then a bunch of us are waiting at 6pm, confused, and frustrated as to why the meeting is not starting.

Then no one gets an apology as to what happened. I had to email you and wait about 3 days for your reply. Not impressed with this new HOA.

Jorge is the person who works at Management Trust and goes along with the HOA’s decision without homeowner’s input. That’s not how an HOA works.

I will continue to list issues with this company because they are all adding up!

I do very few reviews and usually only to make note of folks that go above and beyond. Our HOA has had Marina Zramdini as our TMT manager for over a year, and she has done exemplary work in both overseeing the current HOA board's improvement efforts and helping us understand the less-than-optimal work that had taken place in the past. I feel we're in a much better place now both in HOA finances and in our interactions with our HOA members - and credit for those improvements are directly attributable to Marina's work and care.

Our association is very fortunate to have Marina Zramdini as our personal property manager. I have had association with Management Trust for over 15 years and Marina is by far the best property manger that I have come into contact with. As a Board member of an Association in Arroyo Grande if we didn't have her as the manager I would not serve on our Board. She is oragnized and understands the laws that govern associations. Marina also responds to request timely. She is the first manager that I have come across that cares about her carrer in the property field. I higly recomend her.
