Years ago The Insurance House changed from one carrier to another, Travelers, for bundled home and car insurance. Thank goodness! I had two disasters this year--a roof replacement due to a strange June storm, and a stolen catalytic converter in CA with damage to wires and exhaust pipes and fluids. Couldn't have had better service, more calming service, non-contentious service, from repairs to rental car. Bravo!

Best price and best service! We have worked with Ken Silverman since 2009 and every time he has been the lowest price or very close. Looking for insurance the first time it felt better to use someone local even though I was just shopping around. He came back with a couple of different quotes and told me my best option. We had a claim a few years ago and he helped us make sure we went through the right steps to make a claim.
